Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the sweetened shredded coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and cornstarch. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until set.
  • Let it cool, then refrigerate before serving.
