  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  • Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned.

Cooking

  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add the carrots and bok choy to the pot, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce if using.

Serving

  • Serve hot in bowls.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped green onions or a sprinkle of sesame seeds for extra flavor.

Notes
