  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika Adds a smoky flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground is preferred.

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and prepared horseradish sauce. Stir until smooth.
  • Add granulated garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully blended.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Serve chilled with a fried blooming onion, French fries, onion rings, or crispy vegetables. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. For spicier flavor, add cayenne pepper or hot sauce. For smoother texture, blend in a food processor. The sauce can be made a day in advance for enhanced flavor.
