  • 1 cup whipped cream For a thicker pudding, use a little less whipped cream.

Preparation

  • Slice the bananas and layer them at the bottom of a serving dish.
  • In a bowl, mix the vanilla pudding with Biscoff cookie butter until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture over the banana layer.
  • Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the pudding.
  • Crush some Biscoff cookies and sprinkle them on top as garnish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled for the best experience. You can present it in individual cups or in a big dish for sharing. Add extra crushed Biscoff cookies and banana slices on top for a beautiful finish. To store, keep it covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing, as the texture may change when thawed.
