  • 1 cup Corn, frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded Can substitute with other types of cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika For added flavor.
